The dashboard and the analytics
Know what there is to handle today, and measure what your adverts bring in.
The module offers two reading screens: one for the day in progress, the other to step back over a period.
The dashboard
This is the opening screen of the module, Team → Recruitment. It answers a single question: what do I have to handle today?
The To handle today block lists three things, each with its action button:
- Applications to sort, with the number that arrived today, and the Open the pipeline button.
- Interviews to confirm, and the Confirm the slots button.
- Candidates with no reply, waiting for more than a certain number of days, and the Reply in one click button.
Below that, your indicators:
- Open jobs
- Total applications, with the new ones this week
- Upcoming interviews
- Average time to hire, from application to contract
- Hired this month
- Recruitment funnel: how many candidates at each stage
- Applications per week
- Recent applications and Candidates awaiting your decision, with the number of days waited
The analytics
The Analytics screen steps back, over the period of your choice:
- Applications received
- Hires
- Avg. time to fill
- Jobs with activity
Then an Applications per job table, row by row: the job, its applications, its hires, its time to fill and its publication date.
It is this table that tells you which adverts are working and which are asleep. A job published three weeks ago with two applications does not deserve the same treatment as one that brings in fifteen: rewrite the first, or move the advertising budget.
If the screen shows "No analytics data for this period", widen the period.
Where your candidates come from
To complete the picture, the Candidates list is filtered by Source: Careers page, QR code, Referral, Spontaneous, Social media, Talent pool, Job board or Other. This is where you see whether your poster in the window really brings in applications.
