What a candidate sees when they apply

The four steps of the form, the files accepted and the consents requested.

The application form is deliberately short, in four steps, designed to be filled in on a phone in a few minutes. The candidate arrives there from your company page, from the link of a job, or by scanning a QR code.

Step 1: You

The details that let you get back to them: last name, first name, email, phone, address with assisted entry, preferred language and spoken languages.

Step 2: Your availability

A grid of days by moments (morning, afternoon, evening) that the candidate ticks. An All button ticks the whole week in one go, and a Details field lets them add a free comment.

This is the most useful step on your side: from the application onwards you know whether the person can work when you need them, and you will be able to filter your candidates on it.

Everything here is optional, but everything speeds up what follows:

  • CV: PDF, DOC or DOCX, up to 10 MB, by drag and drop or by browsing their files.
  • Profile photo: it helps the team recognise the person on the first day. On a phone, it goes through the native camera, full screen.
  • Presentation video: 30 seconds maximum, facing the camera, 40 MB maximum. Recording stops by itself when time is up, and the candidate can retake it as many times as they want before confirming. If they prefer, they can upload an existing video.

Two consents are requested separately:

  • "I consent to the processing of my application data", required to send the form;
  • "Keep my profile in the talent pool for future roles", optional.

Step 4: Review

A summary of everything that has been filled in, then the Submit application button. The candidate then sees a confirmation screen that thanks them by name.

If the job is no longer open

A link to a closed job does not show an error. The candidate reads "This job is no longer available" and is shown your other current openings.

The candidate portal

After applying, a candidate can request access to their portal. They enter their email, receive a code by email, and reach the status of their application, their details, their documents and their interviews, which they can reschedule or cancel there.
