Contract signing on mobile (Shyfter Staff)

Your employees can sign their contracts directly from the Shyfter Staff app on their smartphone. Handy for extras, new joiners or field teams.

Go to Settings ⚙️ → Documents → Shyfter Staff.

Enable the Contract signing on Shyfter Staff option. Contracts awaiting signature will appear in the employee's app as soon as they are created.

Contract signing on tablet (Shyfter POS)

If you prefer your employees to sign on-site at reception, enable signing on the tablet.

Go to Settings ⚙️ → Documents → Shyfter POS.

Enable the corresponding option. Contracts awaiting signature will be shown on the clocking tablet.

Enable automatic contracts

Still in Settings ⚙️ → Documents → Settings, the Enable automatic contracts option creates contracts automatically when you publish your shifts. It only works if the contract type is filled in in the profile of the relevant employees: without this information, no contract is generated.

Automatic document approval

By default, each contract created in Shyfter must be approved manually by an administrator before being sent to the employee for signature.

To automate this process, enable the Automatically approve documents and contracts option in Settings ⚙️ → Documents → Settings.

With this option, each contract created is immediately sent to the employee without any action on your part.

Group signatures

If an employee has several documents to sign at the same time (contract + work regulations + annex), the Group signatures option lets them sign everything in a single action, rather than document by document.

Enable this option in Settings ⚙️ → Documents → Settings to simplify the signing experience for your employees.

If you don't yet use Shyfter's document management, these options will have no effect as long as no document template is configured. Start by creating your templates in the Documents menu.
