Billing: payment, details and invoices

Manage your Shyfter subscription: payment method, billing details, account details, and viewing your invoices and credit notes.

Accessing billing

Go to Settings ⚙️ → Billing for everything related to your subscription and payments.

Payment details

Update your payment method in Settings ⚙️ → Billing → Payment details.

Click Update my payment method. You have two options:

  • Credit card: Visa, Mastercard. Payment is charged automatically at each renewal.
  • SEPA direct debit: direct debit from a bank account. Convenient for companies that prefer to avoid cards.

Billing details

Your billing details (company name, address, VAT number) are used to generate your Shyfter invoices.

Go to Settings ⚙️ → Billing → Billing details.

Check that this information is up to date, especially if your company has changed address or legal status.

Account details

View your current subscription plan, the number of active users and the enabled modules in Settings ⚙️ → Billing → Account details.

Invoices

Find all your Shyfter invoices in Settings ⚙️ → Billing → Invoices.

Each invoice can be downloaded as a PDF. The list shows the issue date, the amount and the status (paid, pending, unpaid).

Credit notes

Credit notes are available in Settings ⚙️ → Billing → Credit notes.

If Shyfter has granted you a credit following a subscription change or an adjustment, you will find it here with its amount and date.
