Configuring the single personnel register (RUP)
Choose and order the columns of your single personnel register export, with profile, contract, calculated or custom fields.
The single personnel register (RUP) lists the workers employed in your company with their identity and contract data. This page does not configure the legal content of the register itself, but the columns that Shyfter will include in its export. Go to Settings ⚙️ → HR → RUP.
The default columns
Shyfter already includes, without any setting on your part, a base of columns: Last name, First name, Nationality, Date of birth, Place of birth, Sex, Entry date, Exit date, Contract type, Part-time and Social security number. This base covers the information usually expected in the register.
Adding extra columns
Below the default columns, the Add a column button opens a selector that groups the available fields into categories:
- Profile field: information from the employee's profile, such as email or phone.
- Contract field: contractual information, such as the start date, the end date or the number of hours per week.
- Custom field: the fields you have created yourself for your employees.
The selector has a search to quickly find a field. A field already in use is no longer offered, to avoid duplicates.
Reordering and removing columns
You can reorder the columns by drag and drop, so that the export follows the order that suits you. Each added column has an action to remove it. The columns show their origin (profile, contract, calculated or custom field), which helps you know where the information comes from.
Save
Click Save to apply your selection. The RUP export will then include exactly the columns you have chosen, in the defined order.
For the register to be accurate, make sure the data in the employee profiles (identity, entry and exit dates, contract) is correctly filled in: it is what feeds the columns.
