Find your documents and payslips (Shyfter Drive)

Shyfter Drive is your personal document space in the app. It works like a small safe: you can find your contracts, your payslips, the documents shared by your employer and your secure files at any time. No more asking for a document by email, everything is on your phone.

The folders available

Shyfter Drive is organised as folders. You always find the following main folders, plus any custom folders created by your company:

• Contracts: your employment contracts and amendments.
• Documents: the documents shared by your employer (regulations, notes, certificates, etc.).
• Payslips: your payslips, as soon as they are made available.
• Secure: sensitive documents, protected by a one-time code (see below).
• Other: files that are not stored in any particular folder.

Opening a document

Tap a folder to see its contents, then tap a file to open it. The document opens in your browser, ready to be read or downloaded. Links are generated on demand and securely: you only access your own documents.

Secure files (one-time code)

Some sensitive documents are stored in the Secure folder and protected by an extra verification. When you open this folder:

1. The app sends you a 6-digit code.
2. You enter this code in the app (you can paste it directly).
3. Once the code is validated, the file opens.

If you did not receive the code, a button lets you resend it after a short wait. For your security, the number of attempts is limited: after several incorrect tries, access is blocked temporarily, then restored after a few moments.

Your payslips and contracts remain accessible for as long as they are shared by your employer. If an expected document does not appear, contact your manager: they are the ones who make them available from the platform.
