The Recruitment module: an overview

The Recruitment module takes the candidate from the advert through to their first shift. You publish your jobs, you receive the applications, you run the interviews, and the day you hire someone, their Shyfter account is created with their details already filled in.

Everything happens inside your account: same teams, same departments, same access rights. There is nothing to install and nothing to synchronise.

Where to find it

The module is in Team → Recruitment. If it does not appear in your menu, see Activate recruitment and give your team access.

The screens of the module

Once inside the module, a menu on the left gives access to eight screens:

• Dashboard: what there is to handle today, and your indicators for the period.
• Stages: your candidates in columns, one column per stage. This is where you move applications forward.
• Interviews: the calendar of all the interviews for your jobs.
• Candidates: the full list, with search and filters.
• Job offers: your adverts, their status, their applications and their share links.
• Talent pool: the good candidates you did not take this time.
• Analytics: applications received, hires and times over the period of your choice.
• Configuration: your stages, your application form, your public page and the trial.

What the candidate sees

The module also publishes pages on the candidate side, which you do not have to host:

• your company page, at your public address, with your logo, your colours and your jobs;
• the page of each job, with its shareable link;
• the application form, in four steps, designed to be filled in on a phone;
• a QR code per job, to display in the window or on a flyer.

The link with your schedule

This is what the module is for: when you hire a candidate, Shyfter creates their account in your team and sends them their access by email. They appear in your schedule the same day, with nothing typed twice.
