The timesheet control is your daily dashboard for managing working time. It centralises, on a single page, all the planned shifts and all the actual clockings of your team. This is where you spot discrepancies, correct anomalies and prepare the data before exporting to payroll.

Accessing the timesheet control

Go to Reports → Timesheet control.

Reading the table

The table uses a simple colour code to distinguish the different types of rows:

  • Black rows: shifts published in the schedule.
  • Blue rows: clockings attached to a shift.
  • Red rows: free clockings, meaning clockings made by employees who were not scheduled at that time.
  • Rows highlighted in pink: planned shifts for which no clocking was recorded.

This colour code lets you spot, within seconds, missed clockings, unplanned attendance and unjustified absences.

Filtering the data

The table can be filtered by date, by employee, by section or by skill. Remember to apply your filters so that the table shows the results you want.

Tip: save your filter combinations as named views to avoid re-entering them every time you log in.

Creating and using a saved view

  1. Select your filters.
  2. Click Save view.
  3. Give the view a name.
  4. Click Create.

To recall an existing view, open the list of views at the top right of the table and select the one you want.

Editing a clocking

Click on a blue or red row to open the detail panel on the right of the screen. There you can edit the check-in and check-out times, the breaks, or any other available field.

Downloading the table

Click the download icon at the top right to export the table in the format of your choice. This is useful for keeping a record or passing the data on to a manager.
