Find help within Shyfter

Shyfter provides several help sources accessible directly from the app: the help center, the chat with support and the news log.

When you have a question or discover a new feature, you do not need to leave Shyfter to find help. Everything is accessible from the app's Help menu.

Where to find the Help menu?

The Help button is located in the navigation bar, at the top right of your screen. Clicking it opens a menu with three options.

The help center

The help center (the site on which you are reading this article) gathers detailed articles on all of Shyfter's features. It is the right place to understand a feature in depth, follow setup steps or solve a common problem.

To access it from Shyfter: Help > Go to the help center.

The chat with the support team

If you do not find the answer in the articles or if you need personalised help, you can contact the support team directly by chat.

To open the chat: Help > Chat with us.

The online chat is not available for all profiles and all licences. If you do not see it, you can contact support by email at [email protected].

What's new on Shyfter?

Shyfter evolves regularly. The What's new section presents the latest features added to the platform: new options, improvements, fixes.

To access it: Help > What's new on Shyfter?

It is also the ideal place to stay informed about changes without waiting for an external communication.
