The leave and absence report
View in a single table the status of leave, RTT and absences for your entire team over the period of your choice, with colour coding and Excel export.
The leave and absence report gives you a complete, centralised view of all your team's absences: legal leave, extra-legal leave, RTT, public holidays, sick leave, justified absences and more. Everything is gathered on a single screen, without having to navigate employee by employee.
It is the ideal tool to prepare an HR meeting, quickly answer a question about an employee's balance, or check the situation before validating new leave requests.
Accessing the report
Go to Reports → Leave and absence report.
Select the period you are interested in. The table updates automatically.
Reading the table
The leave counters
The Counter column displays the counters configured for each employee: legal leave, extra-legal leave, RTT days, public holidays. For each one, you see:
- The number of days or hours scheduled.
- The status of the balance, thanks to a colour code:
- Green: the employee is in order, they have not exceeded their balance.
- Red: the employee has exceeded their authorised balance.
A cumulative total of all these counters is displayed on the right of the table.
The other types of absence
The right-hand part of the report also lists all the other absences entered in the schedules: sick leave, justified absence, work accident, etc. This way you have all the data in one place, for all your employees, over the chosen period.
Displaying in hours or in days
You can choose to display the counters in hours or in days. This setting is configured in Settings → HR, option Display counters in, where you select Hour or Day depending on how you operate.
Exporting the report
The report can be exported in Excel format to share it with your HR director, your accountant or to keep it in your HR archives. Click the export button at the top of the table.
