Your personal information and your password

What is this section for?

The Information section brings together the settings related to your own user account: your personal data, the language in which Shyfter is displayed for you, your profile photo and your password. These settings only concern you, not your establishment or your employees.

Go to Settings ⚙️ → Information.

Profile

The Profile tab shows your personal data and your display preferences.

Personal data

• First name, Last name and Email: these fields are shown but cannot be edited here. They come from your employee profile. To correct them, go through the Team module or ask an administrator of your account.
• Phone: also shown as read-only, taken from your profile.

Additional data

• Language: choose the language in which the Shyfter interface is displayed for you (French, Dutch, English, Spanish). This choice is personal and does not affect the display for other users.
• Profile photo: click the upload area to add an image. You can crop it before saving. This photo appears in the app and makes you easier to identify in the schedules. To remove it, use the delete icon on the thumbnail.

After a change, don't forget to save with the confirmation button at the bottom of the form.

Password

The Password tab lets you change your login password.

Enter your new password, then confirm it in the second field. For security reasons, the password must follow these rules:

• at least 8 characters,
• at least one lowercase letter,
• at least one uppercase letter,
• at least one number.

The two fields must be identical. Confirm to apply the change: your new password is active immediately for your next logins.

If you have forgotten your password and can no longer log in, use the "Forgot password" link on the login page instead, which will send you a reset link by email.
