Week templates

Save standard weeks and apply them in one click to quickly reproduce a recurring schedule without re-entering everything.

Why use week templates?

If your schedule repeats from one week to the next (fixed rotation, regular shift pattern, standard hours per position), week templates save you a considerable amount of time. You save the ideal week once, then apply it to any future week in a few seconds.

Creating a week template

Go to Settings ⚙️ → Schedules → Week templates.

Click New and give your template a name (e.g. "Standard summer week", "Team A rotation").

Build the standard week by adding the shifts for each day and each employee or position. Save.

Applying a template

From the weekly schedule, click Apply a template and select the template you want. Choose the target week and confirm. All the template's shifts are created automatically on the selected week.

You can then adjust individual shifts if some days need changes.

You can create as many templates as needed: one per section, one per season, one per rotation. Templates do not overwrite the shifts already present on the target week, they are added to them.
