Secrétariat social codes
Manage your secrétariat social performance codes and create special codes to force onto your shifts.
Your secrétariat social (or payroll office) codes are the basis of the performance sheets, payroll exports and HR rules. This page lets you manage them and create custom ones. Go to Settings ⚙️ → HR → SocSec codes.
The list of codes
The table shows your codes with, for each one: the HR code (the identifier on the Shyfter side), the Code (the one from the secrétariat social), the Description, and Actions. A See default codes button shows the standard codes offered, and New lets you add one.
What these codes are for
They are what the HR rules apply to turn your shifts into exportable performance lines (normal hours, night hours, Sunday, etc.). A correct code is essential for the export to the secrétariat social to be correct.
Special scheduling codes
Further down, the Special scheduling codes section lets you create custom codes and link them to a code from your secrétariat social. These codes then become available directly in scheduling: you can force one onto a specific shift, and it will be carried over as-is in the performance sheets and exports. This is useful for special cases you want to handle by hand rather than through an automatic rule.
To automatically apply a code based on conditions (time slot, day, status...), use the HR rules instead. The special scheduling codes are used to force a code manually onto a given shift.
