Pending registrations
Track the registration forms sent to your employees and follow up on those who have not yet completed their information.
What is this page for?
Shyfter lets you have part of the information completed directly by your employees, via a registration form (self-service). You send a link to the person, who fills in their own personal data. The Pending registrations page gathers all these ongoing invitations: you see who received the form, who returned it, and you can follow up, correct or close each request.
Go to Team → Pending registrations.
The list
The table displays for each invitation:
- User: the name of the employee concerned (clickable to open their profile).
- Registration form: a link to the self-service form the employee must complete. You can open it to check what is being asked or transmit it yourself.
- Creation date: when the invitation was generated.
- Last sent date: the last time the invitation email was sent.
- Actions: the buttons described below.
The available actions
Depending on the state of the registration, the actions differ.
When everything is in order, you have:
- Resend the invitation: sends the email containing the form link again, useful to follow up with an employee.
- Link to a user: attaches this registration to an already existing employee profile, to avoid creating a duplicate.
- View the profile: opens the employee's profile.
- Mark as done: closes the registration once the information is complete and removes it from the list.
If an action is required, an orange flag appears instead. This is generally the case when the entered email is a problem: you can then correct the email and resend the invitation, or link the registration to an existing user.
The form link is personal to each employee. Follow up via "Resend the invitation" rather than sharing someone else's link.
