Manage your profile and information
Update your contact details, address, administrative information and photo from the Shyfter Staff app.
Your profile gathers the personal information used by your employer for payroll, contracts and declarations. Keeping it up to date from the app avoids back-and-forth and ensures correct documents. You access it from the home screen, by tapping your avatar at the top of the screen.
Your personal information
The profile screen gathers several blocks:
- Profile: your name, your language and your phone number. Your email address appears there but cannot be changed from the app (it serves as your login identifier).
- Address: your postal address.
- Additional information: your national number (editable only if it has not yet been filled in), your date of birth, your marital status, your gender, your nationality, as well as your bank details (IBAN / BIC).
After making changes, remember to save so they are taken into account.
Your profile picture
You can add or replace your profile picture, and delete it if you wish. It identifies you in schedules and conversations.
Your PIN code
Your clocking PIN code is shown for information but cannot be changed from this screen. It is managed by your employer.
Your history
The profile also gives access to a reminder of your clocking history and your overtime counters, to track your work at a glance.
Some administrative information (national number, bank details) is used for your contracts and your payroll: make sure to enter it without errors. If in doubt, your manager can check it from the platform.
