The Update Pro connector
Link Shyfter to Update Pro: location, cost centre and clocking synchronisation continuously or once a week.
Update Pro is a Belgian secrétariat social. This connector automatically sends your clockings to Update Pro and links your employees to the right location and the right cost centre. Go to Settings ⚙️ → HR → Update Pro.
Location and cost centre
- Location: the Update Pro location to link your data to by default, to be chosen from the dropdown list.
- Cost centre: the Update Pro cost centre used by default, also via a dropdown list.
These two values let Update Pro correctly classify the performances that Shyfter transmits to it.
Weekly clocking synchronisation
By default, Shyfter sends the clockings to Update Pro shortly after the end of each shift. You may prefer a batch send once a week:
- Enable the weekly clocking synchronisation.
- Choose the day of the send (from Monday to Sunday).
- Choose the fixed time of the send.
At the chosen time, all the week's clockings are transmitted at once. This is useful if you prefer a regular transmission rhythm rather than a continuous send.
Save
Save to apply your settings. A message confirms that your Update Pro settings have been saved.
Some employees can be marked as "managed by Update Pro": their information (position, external reference, family situation, etc.) is then aligned with Update Pro from their profile.
