The Attentia connector

Attentia is a Belgian secrétariat social. This connector links Shyfter to Attentia so that your contracts and performances are created and transmitted with the right default values. Go to Settings ⚙️ → HR → Attentia.

Why set up this connector

By defining your default values here, you avoid re-entering them for each contract and you guarantee that what goes out to Attentia is consistent. It is a time-saver and a safeguard against data entry errors.

General settings

• Default working days / week: the number of working days per week used by default when creating a contract (for example 7).
• Default average contract hours: the default average number of hours (for example 38).
• Default effective contract hours: the default effective number of hours (for example 40).
• Payment methods: the payment methods offered, each accompanied by an explanatory tooltip.
• Salary codes: the salary codes used for transmitting performances.
• Contract fields: the contract fields you want to manage, to be selected from a list (multiple choice).
• Roles with access to contracts: the roles allowed to view the contracts (multiple choice). The administrator role always has access, whatever you choose.

Save

After filling in these values, save. A message confirms that your Attentia settings have been saved. They will then apply automatically when creating and transmitting contracts to Attentia.
