The Acerta connector
Link Shyfter to your secrétariat social Acerta and set the joint committee used by default for contract creation.
Acerta is a Belgian secrétariat social. This connector lets Shyfter create and synchronise your contracts with Acerta. Go to Settings ⚙️ → HR → Acerta.
The default joint committee
The main setting on this page is the default joint committee. You choose it from a dropdown list of the available joint committees.
This committee will be used automatically for the creation of Acerta contracts in sections that have not defined their own joint committee. In other words, it is your fallback value: sections with a specific committee keep theirs, the others inherit the one defined here.
Save
Save to apply your choice. A message confirms that your Acerta settings have been saved.
Synchronising an employee to Acerta can be blocked if information is missing on their profile (address, family situation, employee type, joint committee...). Complete the employee's profile to unblock the synchronisation.
