Secrétariat social connectors (Attentia, Acerta, Update Pro)
Connect Shyfter to your secrétariat social to automatically send your performance files without manual entry or copy-paste errors.
Why connect your secrétariat social?
Without a connector, exporting performances to your secrétariat social is a two-step process: export a file from Shyfter, then import it manually into the payroll software. With a connector, this transmission is automated or greatly simplified.
Shyfter offers native connectors for the most common secrétariats sociaux in Belgium.
Attentia
Go to Settings ⚙️ → HR → Attentia.
Configure your Attentia client ID and the connection settings. Once the connector is enabled, the export of your performances can be transmitted directly in the Attentia-compatible format.
Acerta
Go to Settings ⚙️ → HR → Acerta.
Fill in your Acerta connection information. The connector automatically adapts the export format to Acerta's requirements.
Update Pro
The Update Pro connector works the same way. Go to Settings ⚙️ → HR and select your secrétariat social from the list of available connectors.
Common configuration
For all connectors, you will generally need to fill in:
- Your client number at the secrétariat social.
- The company number (VAT or BCE).
- The performance codes used by your secrétariat (configured in Settings ⚙️ → HR → SocSec codes).
Once configured, test the export over a short period before switching to production.
If your secrétariat social does not appear in the list, contact Shyfter support. New connectors are added regularly.
