This page brings together the payroll report settings for France: how Shyfter calculates performances, the collective agreement applied, the rules that follow from it, and the mapping between your payroll items and your SILAE software codes. It opens from Reports → Payroll (France) → Settings.

General configuration

This first block defines the calculation basics:

  • Default method: Weekly (hours are counted week by week) or Monthly smoothing (hours are spread over the month). Choose according to your way of managing working time.
  • Default calculation basis: Schedule (Shyfter relies on the planned shifts) or Clocking (it relies on the hours actually clocked).
  • Collective agreement: select the agreement applicable to your establishment. Once chosen, Shyfter automatically applies the most protective thresholds between the law and the agreement. Left blank, only the legal rules apply.

Click Save to save this block.

This table summarises the rules actually applied to your calculations, combining the legal rules and those of the selected collective agreement. The lines from the agreement are highlighted. It is a control view: it lets you check, at a glance, which thresholds and supplements Shyfter will use, without having to re-enter them.

SILAE codes

SILAE is a payroll software widely used in France. This block establishes the mapping between each payroll item calculated by Shyfter and the code expected by SILAE, so the export is directly usable.

The table lists the payroll items to map: worked hours, meals (benefit in kind), prorated entries/exits, as well as your leave types and your bonuses. For each item, you fill in:

  • SILAE code: the target code on the SILAE side (for example a code of type "AB-630" or "EV-RepasServis").
  • Granularity: how the item is split in the SILAE file. Depending on the item, the possible choices notably include Monthly (a single line), One line per day, One line per continuous range, or even Current month / Previous month for dated items.

A code filled in without granularity is ambiguous: Shyfter asks you to specify the granularity before saving. Finish with Save to make the SILAE export consistent with your setup.

If you don't see this screen, the France payroll report is not enabled on your account. Contact Shyfter support to find out more.
