Rosaly: access to already-earned wages (EWA)
Give your teams on-demand access to part of their already-earned wages, through the Rosaly integration.
Rosaly offers what is known as Earned Wage Access (EWA): your employees can unlock, on demand, part of the wages they have already earned, without waiting for the end of the month. It's a valued employee benefit that helps your teams handle unexpected expenses.
How it works
The integration relies on the worked hours recorded in Shyfter to determine the amount already earned. The employee can then request an advance on that basis, via Rosaly. The principle stays controlled: it is access to a portion of earned wages, not a loan.
Installing the integration
- Go to Settings ⚙️ → Integrations → Data sync.
- Open the Rosaly card.
- Click Install and follow the configuration steps.

Rosaly is a service provided by an external partner. The terms of use, accessible amounts and any fees are set by Rosaly. Review their terms before offering the service to your teams.
Earned Wage Access is a benefit to communicate clearly to your employees. Make sure they understand it is an advance on wages already earned.
