AbsoluteYOU: real-time sync with MyCORE
Connect Shyfter to AbsoluteYOU (MyCORE) so contracts, hours and payroll for your students and flexi workers are driven by your schedule, in real time and with no export.
AbsoluteYOU is a Belgian temp agency specialized in students and flexi-jobs, serving hospitality, retail, security and the hotel industry. Its MyCORE platform handles digital contracts, time registration and payroll end to end. The Shyfter integration is completely transparent: your schedule drives contracts and payroll on the AbsoluteYOU side directly, with no double entry and no end-of-month export.
A transparent, real-time sync
The Shyfter ↔ AbsoluteYOU integration runs continuously, both ways. Every change in Shyfter is reflected in MyCORE within seconds, and vice versa: contracts and payroll always reflect the latest state of the schedule. No nightly batch, no manual export.
What gets synced
- Employees and contracts created in AbsoluteYOU appear automatically in Shyfter.
- Shifts scheduled in Shyfter generate the matching contract in MyCORE, in real time.
- Validated hours and breaks flow back to AbsoluteYOU for payroll.
- Absences and contract changes stay aligned on both sides.
- Last-minute contracts remain possible up to 10 minutes before the shift starts.
Where you see it in Shyfter
Employees managed through AbsoluteYOU are identifiable by their AbsoluteYOU icon and by their status (for example "AbsoluteYOU - Student" or "AbsoluteYOU - Extra").
In an employee's profile, an AbsoluteYOU tab gathers the integration-specific information: the AbsoluteYOU reference, the worker type, the employment category, the function, as well as the ID card (front/back). A Sync with AbsoluteYOU button lets you force an update for that employee if needed.
From the team list, the Sync AbsoluteYOU → Shyfter button pulls in the employees created on the AbsoluteYOU side and imports them into Shyfter in one click.
Installing the integration
- Go to Settings ⚙️ → Integrations → Data sync.
- Open the AbsoluteYOU card and click Install.
- Link your AbsoluteYOU account: the first synchronization starts immediately.
- The per-department mapping (and the joint committee) is then set in the integration settings.
The integration is free.
Monitoring and reports
Because the sync is continuous, Shyfter monitors the exchanges with AbsoluteYOU and flags any anomalies. Reports (billing, synchronization errors) help you keep an eye on how the exchanges are going.
AbsoluteYOU handles the contract and payroll side of your temp workers: make sure the worker type, category and function are correct in the AbsoluteYOU tab, as this information drives the contract and the pay.
