Connecting your payroll provider for payroll export
Enable your payroll provider's connector to send your monthly worked hours in one export, in the right format.
Shyfter connects to most Belgian payroll providers (social secretariats). The principle is always the same: at the end of the month, you send your worked hours (hours, absences, bonuses, etc.) in an export in the right format, and your payroll team takes over. No more re-entering worked hours one by one.
Why enable it
- You generate the payroll export in the format expected by your payroll provider.
- You avoid copying errors between Shyfter and payroll.
- You save time at every monthly close.
Supported payroll providers
The connector exists for a wide range of payroll providers: UCM, Attentia, Securex (and Securex - HR Accent), SD Worx (and eBlox HR - SD Worx), Group S, Liantis, Acerta (Arno-HR), Partena (OKAY, ExpertSalary, SAM), Sodiwe, Ceges, Sodibe, Sodalis, Point HR, PeoplePay, EasyPay Group, Easy Online, SSCI / CDI, and others. Some are preferred partners (UCM, Attentia, Securex).
Installing the connector
- Go to Settings ⚙️ → Integrations → Payroll.
- Find your payroll provider's card and open it.
- Click Install (quick install for most, credentials required for some such as UCM).
- Once installed, open Configure to set the export parameters.
Configuring and exporting
The configuration lets you align the export with what your payroll provider expects (worked hours codes, file format, etc.). Once the connector is in place, you generate your payroll export at closing time, from the worked hours export module.
