Automatically syncing your worked hours with payroll

Connect Shyfter to your payroll provider or HR tool to sync worked hours continuously, without a manual end-of-month export.

Where the payroll export happens all at once at closing, data sync connects Shyfter to your payroll provider or HR tool so that worked hours flow continuously. The goal: remove manual end-of-month exports and keep both systems always up to date.

The difference with payroll export

  • Payroll export: you generate a file at closing time and send it to your payroll provider.
  • Sync: the data (worked hours, hours, contracts depending on the tool) passes automatically from Shyfter to the other system, with no handling each month.

Available connections

From Settings ⚙️ → Integrations → Data sync, you will find in particular:

  • UCM and Liantis: automatic sync between Shyfter and the payroll provider, to put an end to manual exports.
  • AbsoluteYou (MyCORE): seamless, real-time sync of contracts, hours and payroll, driven by your schedule.
  • Salary Solution: generation of an export of your validated worked hours, ready to be imported.
  • Tempoteam (Randstad): transmission of worked hours to your temp-staffing partner.

Installing a sync

  1. Go to Settings ⚙️ → Integrations → Data sync.
  2. Open the card for the relevant tool.
  3. Click Install (credentials required for some such as UCM).
  4. Open Configure to define what is synced and check the connection status.

Depending on the tool, the sync may cover worked hours, hours, contracts or payroll. Check with your payroll provider what is supported, then contact Shyfter support if you need help with the setup.
