What is the RUP?

The Single Personnel Register (Registre Unique du Personnel) is a mandatory document for all companies in France. It lists all the employees of an establishment and must be kept up to date continuously. Shyfter includes a complete feature to help you meet this obligation with no extra effort.

Where to find the RUP in Shyfter?

The RUP is accessible from several places:

  • Configuration: Settings ⚙️ → HR → Personnel register (RUP)
  • Export: Team → Users → "Export the RUP" button
  • Export history: Team → Single personnel register

Customising the register content

In Settings ⚙️ → HR → Personnel register, you can adapt the RUP to your company's needs:

  • Select the columns to include (job, qualification, level, etc.).
  • Use your custom fields.
  • Reorder the columns by drag and drop.
  • Add or remove columns depending on your use.

This flexibility lets you produce a register faithful to your organisation while staying compliant with the regulation.

Exporting the register

  1. Go to Team → Users.
  2. Click the Export the RUP button at the top right.
  3. Select the statuses or categories of employees to include in the export.
  4. Launch the export.

The Excel file is generated immediately and downloads from the notification bell.

Export history

Shyfter keeps a complete history of all the exports carried out. In Team → Single personnel register, you can view for each export:

  • The date and time of generation.
  • The number of employees included.
  • The name of the person who launched the export.
  • A re-download link.

This traceability is useful in case of an inspection or audit.
