View clockings as a schedule
Display clockings as a schedule to read, create, edit or delete them easily.
The Time clock menu lets you display your employees' clockings in the form of a schedule, like a planning grid. This presentation is often more readable than a plain list: you see at a glance who clocked in, when, and for how long.
Why this view
Reading clockings as a schedule helps you quickly spot a missing clocking, an abnormally short or long shift, or an overlap. It's also the handy place to adjust a clocking manually when needed.
Where to find it
Go to the Time clock menu. The view is displayed as a grid, in the same way as schedule management.
What you can do here
As in the worked time control, you have three basic actions on this view:
- Create a clocking, when an employee has worked without clocking in.
- Edit a clocking, to correct a start time, an end time or a break.
- Delete a clocking entered by mistake.
Good to know
Any correction made here is reflected in the clocking validation and in your worked time reports. Remember to validate your clockings after adjustment to keep the data reliable up to payroll.
