Switching between Shyfter accounts
If you manage several establishments or companies on Shyfter, you can switch from one account to another in a few seconds, without logging out.

Some users have access to several Shyfter accounts: a group with several establishments, a consultant who manages different clients, or a manager present across several entities. Shyfter lets you switch from one to another without logging out.
Why this feature?
It saves you from juggling several sessions or several browsers. Your access to each account is defined by your administrator, and you only see the accounts you have been attached to.
Switching accounts
- From any page in Shyfter, locate the name of your company at the top left of the screen (right next to the Shyfter logo).
- Click this name once to open a menu.
- Click the company name a second time (or the target account in the drop-down list).
- Select the account you want.
You are immediately redirected to the dashboard of the new account.
I don't see an account I should have access to
Two possible reasons:
- You have not yet been added as a member of this account. Ask an administrator of that account to invite you.
- The email address you use on that account is different from the one for your current session. In that case, log in with the address associated with the other account.
