Logging in to Shyfter
Access your Shyfter account from a browser with your email and password.
Shyfter is a web application: there is nothing to install. You access your account from any browser, on a computer or tablet, at any time.
The login page
Go to the Shyfter login page. It displays the Shyfter logo and a simple form:
- Email: the field where you enter your account's email address.
- Password: the field where you enter your password.
- Forgot password: the link, to the right above the password field, that starts the reset procedure.
- Log in: the green button that confirms the login.
Logging in, step by step
- Enter your email address in the Email field.
- Enter your password.
- Click Log in.
You arrive directly on your dashboard.
If your account has just been created by an administrator, you received an email with your credentials. Use them for your first login, then change your password from your profile.
Forgotten password
If you no longer remember your password, click the Forgot password link located above the password field. You are redirected to the reset page, where you can request a link by email.
Good to know
On a shared computer, remember to log out at the end of your session. If the login fails, check that your email address is correct and that the caps lock key is not on, then try again or launch a password reset.
