Sync Dimonas from the ONSS
The ONSS update button downloads all your declarations from the ONSS. Useful above all if Dimonas were made outside Shyfter.
Shyfter can retrieve all your Dimona declarations directly from the ONSS, so that your list in Shyfter reflects exactly what the ONSS has recorded. That is the role of the ONSS update button, at the top of the Documents → Dimona declarations page.
What it's for
This synchronisation downloads all the declarations from the ONSS. It is especially useful if Dimonas were submitted outside Shyfter: directly on the ONSS portal, or by your social secretariat. Without this update, those declarations exist at the ONSS but do not appear in Shyfter.
If you only create your Dimonas via Shyfter, you normally do not need to run this synchronisation: your declarations are already up to date in the application.
Run the update
- Go to Documents → Dimona declarations.
- Click ONSS update in the top right.
- Confirm: Shyfter performs a reset of the list and then re-downloads all the declarations from the ONSS.
During the operation, a message indicates that the update is in progress. The process may take some time depending on the volume of declarations: no need to run it several times, just wait for the list to refresh.
After the synchronisation
The retrieved declarations appear in the Documents → Dimona declarations list, where you can view, filter, close or delete them. You thus have a single, faithful view of all your Dimonas, whatever their origin.
