Access the Open API platform and manage members

Log in to Shyfter's Open API platform and give access to the right people on your team or to your integrators.

Once the Shyfter API is enabled from your integrations, everything is managed from the Open API platform. It is your dedicated space to manage access, create your tokens and view the documentation. Managing members properly ensures that only authorised people can generate credentials and connect external systems to your Shyfter account.

Log in to the platform

After the API is enabled, the administrator receives an invitation email to sign up on the Open API platform. Once registered:

  1. Log in to the platform with your credentials.
  2. You land on the dashboard: it shows your API activity (number of requests, response time, error rate) and gives access to the documentation, the implementation guide, support tickets and token management.

Manage the team

The Manage the team section lets you control who has access to the platform. There you can add the relevant colleagues or your external integrators.

Invite a new member

To give access to a new person:

  1. Enter the email address of the person you want to give access to.
  2. Assign the appropriate role or permissions (for example manager or reader).
  3. Click Add.

The person then receives an invitation and can log in to the platform according to the rights you have given them.

Only grant access to the people who really need it, and favour the most limited role possible. An external integrator often only needs read access. For any question, the Shyfter team remains reachable via support.
