The Week view is the default display for schedule management. It shows a grid with your employees as rows and the seven days of the week as columns. It is the most complete view for building a schedule, checking it and publishing it.
When to use it
This is the go-to view for day-to-day work: you create shifts, balance the workload across the week, and publish everything in one go. It fits the vast majority of situations.
How to access it
Go to the Schedules → Schedule management menu. In the toolbar at the top, the Week tab is selected by default. Use the arrows around the date to switch weeks.
What you see
- One row per employee, one column per day.
- Published shifts (solid) and drafts (dotted, still to be published).
- A summary bar per day: planned hours compared to capacity, payroll cost and headcount.
- Per-employee totals shown next to each row (planned hours, balance, cost).
What you can do
- Create, edit, copy, paste and move shifts (drag and drop).
- Duplicate the previous week or apply a week template.
- Publish the whole week or a selection of shifts.
- Open the week statistics panel (productivity and cost ratios).
