Schedules
The Services view of the schedule
Structure the day by service periods (morning, midday, evening, etc.).
1 min readUpdated on June 30, 2026
The Services view organises the schedule by periods of the day, called services (for example morning, midday, evening). Instead of a continuous time grid, the shifts are grouped by service, which gives a clear reading of the coverage at each key moment of the day.
When to use it
It is particularly suited to horeca and to all trades organised by rushes: you check at a glance that each service is correctly staffed.
Enabling the Services view
The Services view must first be enabled and configured in the settings:
- Go to Settings ⚙️ → Schedules → Settings.
- Under the schedule display, enable the Services option.
- Create your service periods by defining their time ranges (for example Midday from 11am to 3pm, Evening from 6pm to 11pm).
How to access it
Once enabled, the Services tab appears in the toolbar of Schedules → Schedule management.
What you see there
The day's shifts grouped under each service period you have defined, to visualise the coverage service by service.
